APPLE CIDRE VINEGAR
Apple cidre vinegar is not a new fad but has been around for a very long time. It was used by the Egyptians in 3000BCE to fight infections and disease. It is used for the same reasons today, and has been proved in use for other benefits such as reducing blood pressure, inflammation, fat metabolism, boosting the immune system etc.
You make think it is acidic but on consumption it actually has an alkalising effect on the system. When you combine it with manuka honey the benefits are two fold.
The best time to take it is in the morning, just one teaspoon of apple cidre vinegar mixed one teaspoon manuka honey mixed into 8oz glass of warm water, preferably before breakfast. By taking it at this time all the systems in the body are boosted into first gear after a night of rest!
If you find that you really cant take it this way, you could mix it with olive oil and use it as a dressing in your salad!
